Doha New Port: The construction cost of this project, which shall be built in Wakra, amounts to QAR 14 billions. It shall be built on 35 kilometers. All construction works are expected to be completed by 2014.

Entertainment City - Qatar: This project shall be built at Lusail City covering 180000 square meters allotted to entertainment activities. The city shall include aqua park, game parks, theatre, hotels, residential area and snow dome.

Qatar Railway Project: The estimated cost of this mega project is over one billion Qatari Riyals. The project shall include:

Eastern Coast Railway that connects Ras Laffan and Musaiseed City together. It shall include two paths for passengers and merchandise transport.

Cargo and goods railway will be built based on studies related to the integrated modern GCC network and Doha express railway.

Doha Metro Network will be built based on a comprehensive transport plan.

Passengers transportation networks that links Lusail City, Education City and West Bay district together.

Bahrain-Qatar Friendship Bridge: This bridge is expected to link Qatar Western Coast near Al Zubara Castle with the Eastern Coast of the Kingdom of Bahrain at the south of Manama. It is estimated that the bridge will be 45 kilometers long. It will also be connected to King Fahd Bridge.

Urguan Project: Urguan project is an integrated high end city that will be developed by BARWA Group at Al Khor City. It will cover an area of 5.5 million square meters. The estimated construction cost is USD 35 billion on completion.
